|Recommended: NoEveryone who was good here has quit — The people who used to run this place were amazing, however the people who have taken over are horrible. Maintenance wont come fix anything, you cant decorate or have any pretty flowers outside, they give you a 6x4 concrete space to enjoy outside, they wont do anything about unruly tenants. I would move if I could find anywhere else I could afford

|Recommended: YesParking — Parking in front of our apartments should be for residents ONLY, not guests. There are parking places away from the apartments for nonresidents and should be known to all residents

|Recommended: NoHorrible Place to live. — They will not respond to you, nor will they fix anything. They are unprofessional DO NOT care about any of their residents who PAY them to do their job. Do not rent from them. Staffing and office does not do their job.

|Recommended: NoPoor service and poor maintenance — I have lived in the District for 2.5 years and continue to have problems contacting the office and getting maintenance done. I moved into a newly re-modeled apartment last year and have had a water leak for 2 weeks and submitted a maintenance request with no avail. I also submitted a request to pay rent late and I paid on the promise date and still accrued late fees. Cameron and Andrew do not return calls nor provide maintenance. I would think they would want to protect the investment of a newly remodeled apartment.
